Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Apex Tools Cleco MPRO400GC-S MPRO400GCS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Apparatebau-Vib-Systems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cgi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Asahi/ami product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Apparatebau-Vib-Systems such as the 810207VIB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 17PL0100StepperHT17155 manufactured by Cgi and we are pleased to be able to service most Cgi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MUCFBL20723W by Manufacturer Asahi/ami as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Modicon Brand ASB829116 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Api such as 1085251 equipment made by Api have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ASBADU216 by Modicon and 1085251 spares by Api are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AQ1000G3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Aq100-0g3.
