Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kollmorgen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Drexelbrook parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mykrolis product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kollmorgen such as the BDSS5A10300010202B2030 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4066020001 manufactured by Drexelbrook and we are pleased to be able to service most Drexelbrook systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HPC20 by Manufacturer Mykrolis as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Magnetek Brand GPD205A001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ge such as IC800SLA0101A equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BDS4V206J0001206B made by Kollmorgen as well as the popular Lenze original spares produced by Lenze
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VT210TB by Keyence and IC800SLA0101A spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RP300X6000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Norgen.
