Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Delta such as the DOP105CQ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C8FSG1 manufactured by Deprag and we are pleased to be able to service most Deprag systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 77358A12 by Manufacturer Dmg-Mori as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Dektec Brand DTU225 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dek such as 137086 equipment made by Dek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dek" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NWC21PCE made by Dengensha as well as the popular HS4USAF520 original spares produced by Dodge
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F4SIP17R by Dodge and 137086 spares by Dek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
