Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Denso products, including obsoleted and phased-out Digalog parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Demag product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Denso such as the RC5HSE4BABP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9380330 manufactured by Digalog and we are pleased to be able to service most Digalog systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DF65067249 by Manufacturer Demag as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Denso Brand 4101001590 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dengensha such as TRCN4050516L equipment made by Dengensha have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dengensha products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dengensha" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 608808 made by Demag as well as the popular TP300E16 original spares produced by Destaco
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RFE11 by Destaco and TRCN4050516L spares by Dengensha are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
