Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Helm such as the RLG4ERAC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 21H4U25904 manufactured by Haydon and we are pleased to be able to service most Haydon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 16334A by Manufacturer Hewlett-Packard as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Hilscher Brand CIF50DPS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Heidenhain such as ERN46050000103 equipment made by Heidenhain have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Heidenhain products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Heidenhain" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DX808 by Heldt--Rossi and ERN46050000103 spares by Heidenhain are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
