Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kuka products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kinco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kollmorgen product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kuka such as the E93DA55214B531 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MT5423TDP manufactured by Kinco and we are pleased to be able to service most Kinco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC2200A1TSP3 by Manufacturer Kollmorgen as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Kuka Brand E93DA123I4B531XX3D23 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kineaatica such as 258012 equipment made by Kineaatica have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PMC1000 by Kokusai-Dengyo and 258012 spares by Kineaatica are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
