Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Magpowr products, including obsoleted and phased-out Marel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Masoneilan product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Magpowr such as the 3B1231 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BG35 manufactured by Marel and we are pleased to be able to service most Marel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3224351 by Manufacturer Masoneilan as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Mayr-Systeme Brand SS70 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Martens-Elektronik such as IW10001000 equipment made by Martens-Elektronik have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Martens-Elektronik products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Martens-Elektronik" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GT300 made by Matrox as well as the popular 743530 original spares produced by Lutez
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 654972B02 by Mcquay and IW10001000 spares by Martens-Elektronik are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
