Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mesacon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mikroprecision parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Millenium product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mesacon such as the CPU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PZ06SCSF manufactured by Mikroprecision and we are pleased to be able to service most Mikroprecision systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SPKAL001 by Manufacturer Millenium as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Miller-Electric Brand 270268 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Metrol such as H4DAS10 equipment made by Metrol have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Metrol products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Metrol" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FIS42000001 made by Microscan as well as the popular SRLM2 original spares produced by Miller
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAS002 by Metso-Automation and H4DAS10 spares by Metrol are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
