Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Micropump products, including obsoleted and phased-out Milnor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mikul product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Micropump such as the 81808 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the COELDS08 manufactured by Milnor and we are pleased to be able to service most Milnor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AMT60BA180 by Manufacturer Mikul as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Micro-vu Brand 15126 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Millermatic such as A1D4 equipment made by Millermatic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Millermatic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Millermatic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PCMXP05115AC made by Minarik as well as the popular TS3 original spares produced by Siemens
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M174000500 by Leeson and A1D4 spares by Millermatic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
