Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Morse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ntn parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Morse product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Morse such as the xh1184 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 316EJ manufactured by Ntn and we are pleased to be able to service most Ntn systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 133Q56LR15 by Manufacturer Morse as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Morse Brand 70DVX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Motovario such as SW040T equipment made by Motovario have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Motovario products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Motovario" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available G21034A made by Mori-Seiki as well as the popular FI131056CL original spares produced by Morse
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SK22 by Nord and SW040T spares by Motovario are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RM812550 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Norgren.
