Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Modicon NW-RR85-0 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Advantech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Xycom parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Delta-Computer product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Advantech such as the PCA6187 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PFXGP4501TMD manufactured by Xycom and we are pleased to be able to service most Xycom systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RMCSS2PE2BG2 by Manufacturer Delta-Computer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Reliance-Electric Brand PSM125 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ge such as PWB68A993148 equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PLS109317 made by Sick as well as the popular REVF02 original spares produced by Texas-Instruments

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PLX145330 by Bardac and PWB68A993148 spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RUC10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hitachi.
