Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Winsmith such as the 930CDNS517X0BT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A97L0118092360A121 manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 924MND by Manufacturer Winsmith as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Alpha Brand 75MF17 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Marland such as BC63A equipment made by Marland have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 735XSL made by Foote as well as the popular 603R original spares produced by Morse
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 80SF48 by Martin and BC63A spares by Marland are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
