Motion Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Motion PCI and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Motion PCI include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the PCI if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our PCI repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nas-Toa such as the HFT132S668RT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RHT075UF30AS1B6A02 manufactured by Mts and we are pleased to be able to service most Mts systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8000427 by Manufacturer Mti as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Motortronics Brand MVC3MB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nemicon such as HES202M equipment made by Nemicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nemicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nemicon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SC6895 made by Nb as well as the popular EP11014230 original spares produced by Namco
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
