We service and repair Pro Face UGP and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Pro Face UGP include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the UGP if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Protection-Control products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rae-Guard parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Pro-face product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Protection-Control such as the ACF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FGM1000 manufactured by Rae-Guard and we are pleased to be able to service most Rae-Guard systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 318005001 by Manufacturer Pro-face as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Pro-face Brand 308002110 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Proface such as GP2500SC4124 equipment made by Proface have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Proface products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Proface" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AGP3500T1D24CA1M made by Proface as well as the popular PA151033 original spares produced by Progressive-Automations
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
