Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sodeca Siemens CMT-1128-4T/R parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sony products, including obsoleted and phased-out Softing parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sonics product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sony such as the DH038030E4B01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CANAC2HWLP manufactured by Softing and we are pleased to be able to service most Softing systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PSKITF7403 by Manufacturer Sonics as well.

Spare units by Spectra such as A9750RevH equipment made by Spectra have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C322611SD by Speed-Selector and A9750RevH spares by Spectra are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
