Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sun Hydraulics FPHK MAN parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Swagelok products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bailey parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Superior product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Swagelok such as the 133DA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AS010D654ASO10D654 manufactured by Bailey and we are pleased to be able to service most Bailey systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SS251002 by Manufacturer Superior as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Superior Brand M093FD301 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Superior such as 430PT0 equipment made by Superior have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Superior products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Superior" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ID234 made by Syndevco as well as the popular KS10120MS original spares produced by Suruga-Seiki

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SF2EH64D by Sunx and 430PT0 spares by Superior are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SS502011 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Superior.
