Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tokyo-Electron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Triconex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Triconex product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tokyo-Electron such as the 4SB029 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PU032U manufactured by Triconex and we are pleased to be able to service most Triconex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3000745100 by Manufacturer Triconex as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Toauto Brand KR60 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Toyogiken such as C16DCT1V equipment made by Toyogiken have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toyogiken products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toyogiken" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SOT made by Toyo as well as the popular EMP11 original spares produced by Triconex
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PU015U by Triconex and C16DCT1V spares by Toyogiken are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
