Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bautz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bauer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bauknecht product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bautz such as the E588AMGC800005 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 19341483 manufactured by Bauer and we are pleased to be able to service most Bauer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BRF01847 by Manufacturer Bauknecht as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Bauer Brand 193223241 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Baumuller such as DSDG045S64U455 equipment made by Baumuller have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baumuller products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baumuller" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 193414833 made by Bauer as well as the popular 19009248 original spares produced by Baumuller
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 193414742 by Bauer and DSDG045S64U455 spares by Baumuller are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
