Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Barton FHCF-33V4-ADCYY-AA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bbc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bauer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Baublys-Control product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bbc such as the HEIA302723R1PT5197APC200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 19322319 manufactured by Bauer and we are pleased to be able to service most Bauer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 15100100E004 by Manufacturer Baublys-Control as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Baumer Brand FLDK110C1002S42 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bay-Controls such as 6020504 equipment made by Bay-Controls have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available DMK633 made by Bauser as well as the popular 9261500101 original spares produced by Basler

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1000010250 by Basler and 6020504 spares by Bay-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GBR25 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bauer.
