Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bosch SR-A3.0093.060-14.000 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Brooks-Automation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Compumotor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Carlen product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Brooks-Automation such as the 30682 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ARCC manufactured by Compumotor and we are pleased to be able to service most Compumotor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CC290T3600AB12MMMS by Manufacturer Carlen as well.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WPBFV3 by Cutler-Hammer and MTrack32001740 spares by Contrex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CI010P2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cerus.
