Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Celesco PT5MA-150-S7-DN-420E-M6 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ckd products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cipher-Data parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ckd product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ckd such as the AX9000THU2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 201279001 manufactured by Cipher-Data and we are pleased to be able to service most Cipher-Data systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature STLB by Manufacturer Ckd as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Cognex Brand ISM140011 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Charmilles such as LCD120033 equipment made by Charmilles have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available PT96000300131CCHR90 made by Celesco as well as the popular P55 original spares produced by Cincinnati

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the T320002 by Clarostat and LCD120033 spares by Charmilles are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BHA04CS1C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ckd.
