Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CIN624A780G5IA manufactured by Cincinatti-Milacron and we are pleased to be able to service most Cincinatti-Milacron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CT8121240G by Manufacturer Charmilles as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Chemtreat-Solutions Brand CT8000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ci-Systems such as A1631362 equipment made by Ci-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ci-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ci-Systems" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RE52128 made by Cerutti as well as the popular 10517 original spares produced by Cieco
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CIFX50DN by Hilscher and A1631362 spares by Ci-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
