Copley Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Copley XTL and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Copley XTL include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the XTL if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our XTL repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Crossbow such as the CXL01LF3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4109230461 manufactured by Cyberex and we are pleased to be able to service most Cyberex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3408566 by Manufacturer Cummins as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Cutler-Hammer Brand 910153805 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ct such as 70040043 equipment made by Ct have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ct products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ct" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HS201024854XF02 made by Danaher as well as the popular ECN1821CDE original spares produced by Cutler-hammer
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 701G25N3BP by Cutler-Hammer and 70040043 spares by Ct are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
