Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Danfuss parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Daifuku product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayton such as the 1L389 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 175H4131 manufactured by Danfuss and we are pleased to be able to service most Danfuss systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AL270041001 by Manufacturer Daifuku as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Dayton Brand 1LPZ2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dayton such as 1XC93 equipment made by Dayton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dayton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dayton" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1TMW2BG made by Dayton as well as the popular 10J175 original spares produced by Dayton
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1LPW7 by Dayton and 1XC93 spares by Dayton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
