Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dynisco OPT763-T1-3M- 6/18 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Endevco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Efector parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Exergen product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Endevco such as the 7250AM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AC2508 manufactured by Efector and we are pleased to be able to service most Efector systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IRtC5 by Manufacturer Exergen as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Efector Brand KI2015FRKGNI in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Encoder such as 711S889635 equipment made by Encoder have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Encoder products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Encoder" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FTM30DRQ5CB1 made by Endress--Hauser as well as the popular PN7320 original spares produced by Efector

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 570ALV1000T3D3H34B by Edwards and 711S889635 spares by Encoder are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
