Epix Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Epix PIXCI and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Epix PIXCI include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the PIXCI if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our PIXCI repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Efector parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Honeywell product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the 7750 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PN4222 manufactured by Efector and we are pleased to be able to service most Efector systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3778 by Manufacturer Honeywell as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Fairchild Brand T8000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fanuc such as A20B2901098106B equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PM3323 made by Fulke as well as the popular STF128R2H01530LPS1TCF1C3814D original spares produced by Honeywell
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
