Force Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Force SPARC and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Force SPARC include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the SPARC if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our SPARC repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Foxboro products, including obsoleted and phased-out Furnas parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fortress product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Foxboro such as the 41125U spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 14FSH32AA manufactured by Furnas and we are pleased to be able to service most Furnas systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MA4M6ST401 by Manufacturer Fortress as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Ge Brand 32290 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fuji such as 6KG1123F25X1B1 equipment made by Fuji have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fuji products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fuji" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available P072QM0C made by Foxboro as well as the popular 863DPH2D1SSM original spares produced by Foxboro
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 45561276 by Ge and 6KG1123F25X1B1 spares by Fuji are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PP610 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gardasoft.
