Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gates 3400-20M-115 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nsk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dodge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Foote product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nsk such as the 60TAC120BSUC10PN7B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5626250 manufactured by Dodge and we are pleased to be able to service most Dodge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7265SL by Manufacturer Foote as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Ranger Brand 41709LR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rexroth such as 4WE6J60EW110N9Z45 equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 425AB2 by Falk and 4WE6J60EW110N9Z45 spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
