Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Honeywell STD810-E1HC4AS-1-A-AH0-11S-A-10A0-00-000 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Micromotion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ingersoll-Rand parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Banner-Engineering product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Micromotion such as the CMF200M341NU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 99384463 manufactured by Ingersoll-Rand and we are pleased to be able to service most Ingersoll-Rand systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CTS118TX by Manufacturer Banner-Engineering as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Carlon Brand IRUA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Keyence such as CV2000 equipment made by Keyence have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IV500MA by Keyence and CV2000 spares by Keyence are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SZV04X Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keyence.
