Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Juniper SRX1K3K-NP-2XGE-SFP parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Eberhard products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ks parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kawasaki product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Eberhard such as the E220NUP420170 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6100431100052 manufactured by Ks and we are pleased to be able to service most Ks systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1BX51 by Manufacturer Kawasaki as well.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K000601 by Katolight and 12197600121299 spares by Kearney are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
