Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kebco 07.F4.S0C-BM00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Keyence products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keri-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Keyence product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Keyence such as the LKH157 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PXL500P manufactured by Keri-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Keri-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KVMC20V by Manufacturer Keyence as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Kennametal Brand CTGNL123 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kepco such as HSF246 equipment made by Kepco have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available DT100A made by Keyence as well as the popular KVRC4AD original spares produced by Keyence

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ZOIDDAMITFXLVER4800B by Kep and HSF246 spares by Kepco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
