Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kinco such as the MT4404T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XJ037 manufactured by Koyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Koyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CAHX048C by Manufacturer Keyence as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Koyo-Encoder Brand PHD100BS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Keyence such as CAHX200C equipment made by Keyence have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Keyence products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Keyence" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FDMZ50AYKP made by Keyence as well as the popular UH157 original spares produced by Koyo
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BDS4P203H92052047 by Kollmorgen and CAHX200C spares by Keyence are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
