We service and repair Magnetic BLQ and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Magnetic BLQ include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the BLQ if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Manz-Automation-Keba such as the 80036035 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MicroTech manufactured by Mcquay and we are pleased to be able to service most Mcquay systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3415 by Manufacturer Marposs as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Meggitt-Inc-Ledex Brand 196275001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Measurement such as MTL equipment made by Measurement have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Measurement products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Measurement" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 637540201F2 made by Magnettek as well as the popular 55755 original spares produced by Merlin-Gerin
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the J3606142200 by Marposs and MTL spares by Measurement are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
