We service and repair Matrox XCL and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Matrox XCL include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the XCL if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mcquay-Perfex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mazak parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Metrologic-Instruments product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mcquay-Perfex such as the 300040931 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ML104QT1216S manufactured by Mazak and we are pleased to be able to service most Mazak systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MS70C1T by Manufacturer Metrologic-Instruments as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Mecco Brand MC2000L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mettler-Toledo such as 30295366 equipment made by Mettler-Toledo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mettler-Toledo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mettler-Toledo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MC201B made by Mazak as well as the popular PT9420 original spares produced by Measurement
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MSA by Measurement and 30295366 spares by Mettler-Toledo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
