Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Md-Totco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mcg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Metropolitan-Lighting product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Md-Totco such as the 1955010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AB34001E1 manufactured by Mcg and we are pleased to be able to service most Mcg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature N68778 by Manufacturer Metropolitan-Lighting as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Micromaster Brand 6SE64202AD240BA1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Metronic such as YLK0080300 equipment made by Metronic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Metronic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Metronic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 58031232 made by Mettler-Toledo as well as the popular MM8550 original spares produced by Micro-Memory
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GDER by Mge-Ups-Systems and YLK0080300 spares by Metronic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
