Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mazak ME-S11-103-E31 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sanyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Panasonic product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sanyo such as the BP003XX24 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 31C015503400 manufactured by Sew and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FP2C3P by Manufacturer Panasonic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Panasonic Brand MSD083A1XX07 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Spg such as SRE02B75 equipment made by Spg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Spg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Spg" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NXEthernet made by Rockwell as well as the popular MSD023A1XX original spares produced by Panasonic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCD15TA3 by Oriental and SRE02B75 spares by Spg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
