Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Micro-Switch products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micropaq parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Metropolitan-Lighting product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-Switch such as the PFF0100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 471986E12 manufactured by Micropaq and we are pleased to be able to service most Micropaq systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7711700 by Manufacturer Metropolitan-Lighting as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Merlin Brand 55759 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Miltronics such as 86111000 equipment made by Miltronics have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available N697127B made by Metropolitan-Lighting as well as the popular 7839659 original spares produced by Metropolitan-Lighting
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N67374 by Metropolitan-Lighting and 86111000 spares by Miltronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
