Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Minghe parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Milwaukee product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the MC724B1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the YC8024MH manufactured by Minghe and we are pleased to be able to service most Minghe systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A31 by Manufacturer Milwaukee as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Miller Brand 174574B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Millipore such as 8BAR equipment made by Millipore have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Millipore products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Millipore" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ACM110S075 made by Minarik as well as the popular 11090 original spares produced by Milltronics
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AJ71AP21 by Mitsubishi and 8BAR spares by Millipore are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MRVC82 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi.
