Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nec 163-532680 FMC VACADN parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Square-D parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hitachi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the 21543 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HJA36030YP manufactured by Square-D and we are pleased to be able to service most Square-D systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SJ300150HFU by Manufacturer Hitachi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Hitachi Brand YRY20BH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hoffman such as CCS6FC equipment made by Hoffman have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hoffman products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hoffman" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 14507287002 made by Honeywell as well as the popular SU3L1116H original spares produced by Hitachi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 46182739001 by Honeywell and CCS6FC spares by Hoffman are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1952X126 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Link-Belt.
