Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nematron iPC1500T-CP45-2GB-80SS-XP parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Newport products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nemic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Newport product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Newport such as the INFCP012B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NNS155 manufactured by Nemic and we are pleased to be able to service most Nemic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RV80PP by Manufacturer Newport as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Neugart Brand PLN142 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nidec such as AMS256GT equipment made by Nidec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nidec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nidec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NI9100AN5M0A00 made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular 1102405429b original spares produced by Netstal

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RWS100A15A by Nemic and AMS256GT spares by Nidec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Model325 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Newport.
