Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Novatech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Num parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nsk product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Novatech such as the 92081P1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 750R manufactured by Num and we are pleased to be able to service most Num systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LY20 by Manufacturer Nsk as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Nvent-Hoffman Brand 27156 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Num such as BPH1154N5RA2C01 equipment made by Num have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Num products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Num" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MCD1000 made by Novatec as well as the popular TLH2000 original spares produced by Novotechnik
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NAH20ANZ by Nsk and BPH1154N5RA2C01 spares by Num are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
