Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MPB16 manufactured by Octagon and we are pleased to be able to service most Octagon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 02G46 by Manufacturer Ogura as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Ohio-Gear Brand CT8006D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Okaya such as RU4012RDC2 equipment made by Okaya have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Okaya products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Okaya" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SLM200074602 made by Nus-Instrument as well as the popular DW5006E original spares produced by Ohio-Gear
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D20656 by Nwl and RU4012RDC2 spares by Okaya are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
