We service and repair Omega DP1000 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Omega DP1000 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the DP1000 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our DP1000 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sensortronics such as the 6501615K1004W spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RAYMIC10LT manufactured by Raytek and we are pleased to be able to service most Raytek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1151GP8S52B1Q4 by Manufacturer Rosemount as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Rosemount Brand 1151DR2F12 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Schmersal such as 420R049030RFB equipment made by Schmersal have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
