We service and repair Omega MML400X and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Omega MML400X include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the MML400X if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our MML400X repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5TestGauge manufactured by Omega and we are pleased to be able to service most Omega systems and parts. Spare units by Omron such as CMT01 equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
