Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Omron E32-D11L parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Photocraft products, including obsoleted and phased-out Penny--Giles parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Omron product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Photocraft such as the RH324PMW1Y110 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SLT19010001 manufactured by Penny--Giles and we are pleased to be able to service most Penny--Giles systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature F39MT11 by Manufacturer Omron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Pepperl Brand NJ2DUS2062V93 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Onset such as ZW003 equipment made by Onset have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available GS1830 made by Ono-Sokki as well as the popular FL2B2J6E original spares produced by Pepperl

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 42RLR4000 by Photoswitch and ZW003 spares by Onset are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
