Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vee products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pts parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sew product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vee such as the 70003RG spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MD1055 manufactured by Pts and we are pleased to be able to service most Pts systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8243107 by Manufacturer Sew as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Siemens Brand 6DS14028BA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tci such as KDRA5LC1 equipment made by Tci have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tci products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tci" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SOR5H4803 made by Sola as well as the popular ASD30DA original spares produced by Vexta
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ys2020gg011 by Nsk and KDRA5LC1 spares by Tci are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
