Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pressotechnik-Tox such as the 275883 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OP313TM20K manufactured by Primescales and we are pleased to be able to service most Primescales systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EMA12 by Manufacturer Power-Mate as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Posital Brand OCDD2B1B0012B1500CC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pro-face such as LT4201TM equipment made by Pro-face have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pro-face products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pro-face" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1061040 made by Primex as well as the popular IMP6 original spares produced by Pulsar
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PC4002LRUCSOCR1 by Powertip and LT4201TM spares by Pro-face are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
