Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Promise-Labs products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pri-Automation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Protechna product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Promise-Labs such as the 021702 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PB18538 manufactured by Pri-Automation and we are pleased to be able to service most Pri-Automation systems and parts. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Prima Brand 054018012 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Prosoft such as 3300MBP equipment made by Prosoft have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
