Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ramsey PCBA D07122C-E071 / parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nicolet products, including obsoleted and phased-out Red-Lion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Raymond product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nicolet such as the 337751000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PCU11004 manufactured by Red-Lion and we are pleased to be able to service most Red-Lion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 570415 by Manufacturer Raymond as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Red-Lion Brand IAMA0065 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Red-Lion such as 4710225 equipment made by Red-Lion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Red-Lion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Red-Lion" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PAXDP made by Red-Lion as well as the popular 9117574 original spares produced by Reflex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CA400P by Red-Lion and 4710225 spares by Red-Lion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
