Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Resolver products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sick product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Resolver such as the 11BRCT300F58A5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HU30700AC01 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 110VAC by Manufacturer Sick as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Schmitt Brand SB5000L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sony such as MSD201A equipment made by Sony have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sony products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sony" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 4701200 made by Red-Lion-Controls as well as the popular KHK53AXB00354 original spares produced by Sick
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3RG60123AE01 by Siemens and MSD201A spares by Sony are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
